After 13 years in a single academic institution, David Walsh recognised that his actual passion (or obsession?) was coffee–once he’d garnered attention as the home barista blogger, otherblackstuff, he accepted a job working on innovative new products for Marco Beverage systems. In this presentation, David explores coffee’s comminution (grinding) over the years, and offers a new, unexpected solution to the age-old problem of uniform grinding: wet grinding.
